It's plain to see:  Good, consistent communication is key when it comes to creating and hosting successful events. A training session is no different, and for a training session to succeed, it's actually vital that the participants are

  • up to date regarding practical arrangements
  • well prepared
  • inspired and positively charged
  • present and awake!

Unfortunately, good communication is usually the first thing to decline, when we're in a hurry. The purpose of this guide is to offer a formula and a timeline for good event communication and thus make a training coordinator's or an HR professional's work a little bit easier. The formula is based on our 3T method for planning events and communication. The last page contains an infographic that ties the guide together into a communication timeline.
