Ask for feedback anonymously or by participant

Experience Value Score (EVS) is an automatic satisfaction survey sent at the end of your event without you needing to lift a finger! You can now choose whether the responses are anonymous in the EVS settings. The non-anonymous EVS is called “Participant EVS”. Try it out!

New feature! Update your existing participants with Excel

Until now updating participants with specific information was long and could only be done manually (e.g attributing a different hotel room to each participant). But now, you can easily and quickly mass-update participant data with Excel! Just fetch the participant ID, prep your Excel and Lyyti will do the rest.

Improvement: prevent participants from modifying their answers

There is a new advanced setting in your registration pages questions. You can now easily prevent participants from editing their answers on the registration page, even if they have not registered yet!

New feature! Share your registration link as a QR code

You can now direct your participants to the open registration page with a QR code! Download the QR code image and share it to your invitees. When they flash it, they’ll open the registration page of your event.

Improvement! New picture import options

You can now import pictures into your emails from linked apps such as Google Photos or OneDrive. You don’t have such apps? Then use the search function to import pictures under the Creative Commons Zero licence.

New feature! Write emails using AI

Don’t know where to start when drafting an invitation email? Add a “paragraph content” to your email and use the new function “write with AI”. Insert a prompt and write emails faster than ever before.
