This partnership is expected to officially begin at closing, which is anticipated in the near future.
Lyyti continues to operate as an independent brand and an independent legal entity. Our product, culture, and roadmap stay intact.

Our new owner brings experience, market insight, and a broad customer base across Europe. This expands our reach and strengthens our presence in the Nordics — the core markets from which we continue to grow across Europe.
This means a more robust company with access to new markets and resources. Going forward, Lyyti will be a partner that is even better equipped to support evolving event management needs.
