What happens when we connect insights from over a million events to our upcoming AI?

Lyytians

Imagine typing a quick description of your upcoming event, answering two or three simple questions, and instantly watching the platform build your registration page, messaging templates, and feedback tracking. Fully structured and ready to launch.

While this starts with a simple conversation, it's more than the standard AI chatbots we are all used to. Most AI tools just spit out text or answers. But to actually build functional event infrastructure behind the scenes, an AI has to move beyond a shiny interface. It requires a deep integration with the underlying product and a sophisticated framework for handling event data.

That is why the Lyyti product team has spun up a dedicated AI task force, combining in-house experts with external engineers to build something truly substantial. We are not interested in shipping a rushed, superficial feature just to jump on the AI hype train. Instead, we are actively expanding a secure, smart ecosystem that helps you unlock the power of your own event data.

Building on a foundation of over a million events

Any AI is only as good as the data and product foundation it relies on. Every year, our platform processes a vast number of events across a variety of organisation types and industries, serving tens of millions of invitees. That depth of real-world usage gives us a clear understanding of the workflows that save the most time and the setups that drive engagement.

We will bring those insights directly into your daily workspace. Through the new Lyyti AI assistant, you will be able to chat directly within the portal to create, edit, and analyse your events using natural language. We also plan on embedding smart AI actions across the product to handle the heavy lifting, from summarising attendee feedback and drafting reminder messages to suggesting timely follow-ups.

To help you get off the ground quickly, we will also introduce event templates developed with input from experienced event professionals, along with a continuous market-benchmarking feature that turns our existing Event Trend Report into a live, real-time pulse on industry standards. Looking ahead, we are also building Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, so you will soon be able to connect directly to your Lyyti workspace from external tools like ChatGPT or Claude.

Managing data privacy and GDPR compliance

We get it. AI and data security can feel like a risky mix. It’s tempting to move fast and break things by feeding data into public AI models, but your participants' trust is too valuable to risk. That’s why we’re building our AI infrastructure with a privacy-first mindset.

Most importantly, our AI will operate strictly within your organisation's own access rights. Your data is entirely isolated; it is never crossed with other customers' accounts, nor is it fed into global public models. Furthermore, all data stays safely on physical servers in the EU. Our system is engineered to strip away personal identities before any processing happens, so the AI focuses purely on event configurations.

The bigger picture

An event doesn't happen in a vacuum. It is a crucial part of how you build relationships and engage your community. Soon, your full event history, both the successes and the learnings, can be turned into clear direction for future events, helping you create even better ways of connecting with the people that matter most to you.

AI is fantastic for eliminating tedious, click-heavy setup steps. But the real magic happens when it turns messy event data into clean, actionable insights that help you grow your business. We are continuing to build that future step by step, and more AI features are on the way soon.

All of these features are currently in active development, with a fast-paced release schedule rolling out continuously through early 2027.
